My connection to Italy is both personal and deeply lived. I was born in Naples and have spent most of my adult life in Venice. Italy is not just my country of origin, but the place that has shaped my outlook through history, art, and everyday life. Having worked for many years as a teacher and cultural narrator, I see Italy as a living, complex reality: layered, changing, and rich in meaning beyond stereotypes.
