I was born and raised in Syracuse, and have been a chef and teacher for over twenty years. Few people know, teach, and cook in Syracuse like I do. My love for this profession and for my city are the key to the success of this cooking class. we'll explore the ancient market of Ortigia, where we'll learn to recognize, choose, and taste typical Sicilian products from the land and sea. Once we've chosen our best and favorite products, we'll learn how to prepare and taste them
